This weighted eye pillow is made with the earth in mind. 100% natural contents of flax linen, cotton and organic buckwheat hulls. Simply lie pillow across the eyes while lying down. The pillow gently moulds to the contours of your face with a very light pressure, blocking out light, relieving tension and calming muscles around your eyes. Use at the end of your yoga session during savasana, meditation or for time to unwind. Eye pillows are a powerful tool for healing, health and happiness. Pop in the fridge and they can be a helpful tool if you suffer from headaches or migraines as well as aid in a better nights sleep. They can also reduce symptoms of tired and itchy eyes. An added bonus is that with regular use they are suppose to reduce signs of aging. This is a large eye pillow as buckwheat hulls are light enabling a larger size to cover forehead and area around the eyes. Buckwheat hulls have an earthy scent which is said to give healing properties of relaxation, relieve headaches and help insomnia. Add your own scent using essential oil. Absolutely fantastic product and experience. The yoga cushion came quickly and in very charming packing from Ireland to Seattle without any issue. I bought the cushion for meditation – but now I use all the time for sitting and watching tv, To a cushion for my head when I’m laying on the ground. Looking for an excuse to buy another, I like it so much

Really great quality cushion! It was also packaged really nicely with handwritten card and a little gift. I’m happy I decided to go with the higher quality option instead of getting one with polyester filling, you can really feel the difference.
