Perfect bolster for me, extra firm and fits my torso lengthwise beautifully! It arrived right away. The green color is lovely, a littler darker than I expected but I like it just as much, it was less of a lime green not a forest green but in between those too. They also included a complimentary strap! Which was a lovely surprise because I didn’t have one! They worked very well for yin and for support during vinyasa!
